TRANSITIONS
Movement for Release & Reflection
Online movement workshop beginning, ending and interspersed with moments of stillness and meditation.
Saturday April 5th 4pm UK time (8am PST/11am EST)
Over the course of 75 minutes, we will consider the only constant we experience - change - through a series of different movement exercises from stretching to spontaneous dance. Near the end of the session there will be the opportunity to express the experience through free writing or drawing, and there will be time to connect with others in the group.
Vicky will invite you to consider different qualities of movement throughout the session and will offer verbal and musical prompts. Whether you choose to stay seated and keep moves small, or energetically explore every inch of your space, there is something in Transitions for everyone.
In order to get the most out of this session it might be useful to:
Give yourself space - if possible be in a place with enough room to be able to stand and move freely whilst still being able to see, and hear, your device.
Give yourself time - commit to attending the full workshop and silence notifications on devices so that you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.
Give yourself support - you may wish to wear a sports bra and comfortable clothing which does not impede your movement.

Transitions lasts 75 minutes and is hosted on Zoom.
It is recommended to be on mute during the session until the optional sharing at the end.
Participants must be over 18 years old. No prior experience is required.
Transitions takes place on Saturday April 5th at 4pm GMT+1 (8am PST/11am EST)
Transitions is available on a pay-what-you-can sliding fee structure: £8, £15, £20 (approx $10, $20, $25). For more information see www.vickyinam.com/fees
Once a booking form has been received, a zoom link will be shared.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If sessions are cancelled by Vicky then a full refund will be issued. If you need to cancel a session a full refund will be issued up to 72 hours before sessions, after this time no refund will be possible.
Transitions is an online movement session, all prompts can be modified to your own fitness level and physical ability. By participating in Transitions you agree to take responsibility for your participation. You should consult a doctor before starting a new fitness programme especially if you are pregnant or have pre-existing health conditions.
