Wind-Down

A mindful hour just for you - your time to reflect, reset and relax.

Wind-Down is a weekly opportunity to pause and reflect on the week before preparing the body and mind for what might come next.

Vicky will lead the group in guided meditation, simple breathwork and stretching exercises before offering a space for reflection and an opportunity for intention setting for the week ahead.

Each session lasts 60 minutes.

Details

Workshops last 60 minutes and take place online via Zoom.

Participants must be over 16 years old. No prior experience is required.

Wind-Down takes place on Thursdays 7pm - 8pm.

Sessions are drop-in, you do not need to attend all workshops.

Sessions start on February 5th 2026 and run until March 26th 2026.

Session dates: February 5th, 12th, 18th, 26th & March 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th.

NOTE: February 18th is a Wednesday.

Please wear comfortable clothes that will not constrict your movement or breathing.

Please prepare a notebook and pen.

Each workshop costs £10 per session or £36 per month.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If sessions are cancelled by Vicky then a full refund will be issued. If you need to cancel a session a full refund will be issued up to 72 hours before sessions, after this time no refund will be possible.
