Your time to reflect, connect and relax.

Winter Wellbeing mindful crafts workshops are an opportunity to connect with others in a relaxed pressure-free space in order to face the challenges of the winter months together.

Vicky will lead the group in different mindful arts activities each month, as well as delivering short guided meditations and breathwork exercises to help you to ease anxiety, and find a space for yourself amidst the many challenges these months can bring.

All crafts and art-making materials will be provided, no prior arts, crafts or mindfulness experience required.

Each session lasts an hour and a half.

December 12th: De-stress the Season

An escape from pre-Christmas stress and prep, we will focus on mindfully creating space for relaxation and allowing any anxiety and expectation to ease.

January 9th: Starting Well & Setting Intentions

Creative exercises to help us visualise our intentions for the year, and an opportunity for us to ‘start again’ as the year gets underway.

February 6th: Finding Light in the Darkness

Arts activities exploring the journey through darkness into light, drawing on world mythology and stories of the coming of spring.

Workshops last 90 minutes and take place in-person at Hawick Business Centre, 1st Floor.

Participants must be over 16 years old. No prior experience is required.

Winter Wellbeing takes place on December 12th, January 9th and February 6th. All sessions 2:30-4pm.

Sessions are drop-in, you do not need to attend all workshops.

Workshop fee is £10 per session. A payment link will be sent after your booking form is received.

Please wear comfortable clothes that will not constrict your movement or breathing.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If sessions are cancelled by Vicky then a full refund will be issued. If you need to cancel a session a full refund will be issued up to 72 hours before sessions, after this time no refund will be possible.
